Cancellation Policy
Hello! Please read my cancellation policy as NO REFUNDS will be given. If client needs to cancel appointment please cancel 24 hour prior to appointment time for no cancellation fees. For any no call - no show - client will be charged 100% of scheduled service. Any same day cancellation will be charged 50% of scheduled service. All appointments 15 minutes past scheduled appointment time will have to be rescheduled and charged 50% of scheduled service!
If credit card on file declines - client will have to contact me for further booking appointments. Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business. 💕
